This document deals with confidentiality policies and describes how to manage the personal data of visitors and site users.

Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (CODE ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION, hereinafter referred to as “the Code”), which replaced Law no. 675 of December 31, 1996, establishes the rules for the collection of personal data and in particular:

(a) the purposes and methods of the treatment to which they are intended to: (b) the mandatory or optional nature of the transfer of the data; (c) the consequences of any refusal to provide the data; d) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as responsible or in charge, and the scope for disseminating such data; (e) the rights of the parties concerned; f) the identification details of the holder and the manager responsible and responsible;

Data processing and modalities: Data collected through the portal, legally processed and in accordance with principles of fairness, will be used, with the prior consent of the user, in order to obtain the services provided in the portal itself. Sending e-mails to the addresses that may be present on the portal involves the acquisition of the sender’s address. This address, together with any other personal data that may be collected, is required to respond to the requests sent and to provide the services expressly requested. The data is processed in paper and / or electronic form, using automated procedures, and is carried out directly by the organization of the holder or by persons outside the organization, as responsible and / or in charge of the processing, as well as by Service Companies, as Managers and / or Divisions of the Treatment. Appropriate security measures are envisaged to prevent unauthorized or unlawful use of data, access by unauthorized subjects, and loss of data. No data collected through the portal is subject to diffusion other than that provided by the requested service.

Compulsory or Optional Nature of Data Transfer: The user of the site has the right to provide his / her personal data, to request the services or to send information material from the Company.

Consequences of any refusal to give the data: Failure to consent to the processing of the data implies the impossibility of obtaining from the Company the requested service.

Subjects or categories of subjects to whom data may be communicated: Personal data collected through the site are disclosed to third parties only if the service offered requires such communication. The data can be communicated to organizations and authorities according to specific legal provisions.

Rights of the parties concerned: The Code gives the person concerned the exercise of specific rights, including the obtaining from the Holder the confirmation of the existence of his or her personal data and making them available in an intelligible form; to have knowledge of the origin of the data, as well as of the logic and the purposes upon which the treatment is based; obtain the indication of the identification details of the Registrar, of the Persons Responsible, of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of the data; to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment itself. Please note that the cancellation and blocking of the data are processed in violation of the law; there needs to be a specific interest in integration. The right of opposition can always be exercised in respect of commercial and advertising material, direct sale and market research; in other cases the opposition assumes a legitimate reason. The rights referred to in this paragraph may be exercised by submitting a written request to the Data Manager.

Consent: The consent to the processing of data, in compliance with the Code and this Privacy Policy, must be expressed by the person concerned through the appropriate form and by clicking on the intended authorization box.
